I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for processing my order so promptly, it was most appreciated as I know I was cutting it a bit fine for a Christmas delivery but the order arrived on 23 Dec. My Mum was seriously ill back in May and is on the mend but in the process has become totally addicted to Randoms so she was extremely pleased when she opened her parcel on Christmas Day to find 36 bags of them!!!!!!!

1 Wow! it is an exciting site and a huge treat for sweet lovers.I liked the fact that you have sweets which we thought were no longer available."The poll" part is a nice feature and hopefully the most popular sweet will be available at a huge discount.Nice and easy to navigate site.A little sound application might help.The ability to choose the quantity i want is a good feature.

1. According to my point of view the site looks great and it is very professional. Images are in correct size and colors are properly selected. Honestly saying the site is very good.
2. Nothing is in the site confusing me. But I wonder why the site is not accepting Paypal as a payment method. And there are only some countries listed for delivery. Reply - We do take Paypal, but yes this is correct, we are UK only

4. Yes, very easy to navigate. Top of the site there is a menu. Other than that left side of the site also containing a menu which includes products according to categories. Home page also contain items not only that lower right corner of the site also scrolling items. So the navigation is easy in many ways. Therefore visitor can navigate to his product using any method he/she likes other than using the same way for all visitors.
1. The site layout it good. I mean the placement of menu, product listing, advertising section, fonts are good except the color combination used. I can see more bright white screen and light blue color. Both are light color and even the tabs in the menu have the light color. The colors could have been little dark and different combination. Reply - This is something we are looking into changing
2. To me nothing seemed confusing. The site is pretty much laid out well and i can say any one who has done online shopping can easily use the service offered.

4. I am quite comfortable with your site. Its easy to navigate and find products. Well laid menu system, sale section and new sale section add advantage as one need not search the entire product to see if any new arrivals and new offers has arrived.
1. Honestly, I think the overall feel of the site understates the fun of the content.
The colors are subdued and soft-spoken. Not that a lot of "bells and whistles"
are necessary, just that the shop should look more festive and bright. (As
the sweets are cause for celebration!)
2. I was confused as to where you ship to, outside of the U.K. and could not easily find a way to convert the British Pounds. Other than that there really is not much that is difficult to understand on the site.

1. The site's design is subtle and soft. However, the arrangement of some of the elements is confusing.
2. The way the elements were arranged: the Sagepay and the SSl secure facility signs, the poll, and the product ticker are placed in a confusing manner, almost in a random way. I would recommend some elements of the webpage to be place at the bottom, which has a considerable amount of free space. The links at the top (basket, my account, new) need to be reordered in a more logical order (home, new[arrivals], sale[or specials instead], my account, basket, checkout, contact).
