Sorry, at the moment we are Uk only We try to process all orders, where possible, within 2 WORKING DAYS. please allow 5-7 days for delivery within the UK. PLEASE NOTE - AT BUSY TIMES SOME ITEMS WILL BE OUT OF STOCK BUT WILL BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE UK - If your order has not arrived within 5-7 working days, we advise the following - Even though your order would have been sent First Class we have known First Class items to take over a week to arrive. If the item could not fit through the letterbox it is possible that the postman forgot to leave an attempted delivery note. We strongly advise that you ask your local post/sorting office. We have had a number of parcels returned to us as the buyer wasn't informed that the postman had attempted delivery, therefore they didn’t know that the sorting office had their item. It is also advisable to ask neighbours as on a few occasions they have accepted the parcel but forgotten about it.
We can only make a claim with the post office 15 WORKING days after the item was posted to you.
